INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS
Speakers must send their presentation in PowerPoint and PDF (Windows compatible format) by email (nexus.conference@ips.pt) until 22nd of June 2026.
Confere room is equipped with a computer and a projector. Only computers belonging to the organization can be used, so that speakers will not be able to use their laptops for the presentation.
In each session there will be a member of the organization to give support with the presentations and/or if any matter shall arise.
Each speaker has a maximum allowance of 10 minutes.
POSTER INSTRUCTIONS
Posters must be printed at A0 format (841mm x 1189 mm). Diferent formats will not be exhibited.
Authors must bring around 25 copies of their posters in format A4 to distribute to interested participants.
The organization provides the material required to display the posters. The display of the poster as well as its removal is of authors’ responsibility.
All posters must be displayed during the coffee break and lunch of the 25th June 2026, from 10:30am until 5:00pm.
Posters can be removed by authors from 5:00pm on the 25th of June. The organization will not take responsibility for any poster that is not removed.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Authors of accepted submissions are requested to submit their final, camera-ready abstract, for inclusion in the E-Book by 20th June 2026 via Conference Management Toolkit (CMT):
- Final source files (MS Word in DOCX, including figures) of their manuscript.
- Final PDF file corresponding exactly to the final source files (template bellow – “Abstract Template for e-Book publication”).
